Now I wonder, when the advertisement says the vacancy is purely for indigenous youths of Arunachal, is there any need for reserved and unreserved category in post vacancy?

What about the white collar jobs in the top management (engineers, doctors, administrators...) ? Do the people of main land still think the arunachalee(S/tribes) unsuitable to take those posts?
Good to see you again.
As said earlier in the post, I presume the vacancy advertised was in fulfillment to one of MoU Clause of Subansiri Lower H.E. Project. And I'm not sure if Government was smart enough to insert a clause in MoU to recruit local youths in Managerial and Executive posts.
40 posts for Arunachal Pradesh unemployed youths accounting about lakhs in recent times? A drop in the ocean!!
Can anybody speculate of what will happen when the real rush starts any moment? These are simply eyewash and nothing more than that, any way.
These are not exactly the problem with the employers - NHPC, NEEPCO, and many more lesser known big Cos. investing in Arunachal Pradesh. MoU's are signed between the State Govt. and the concerned companies stating clearly the job anenues for Arunachalee. The problem rests with the State players managing the State's unemployement problems, surging up repeatly in the State of Arunachal Pradesh. These points have never been addressed properly. Going by this, non is these to blamed individually, but they are surely responsible for present situation. NEEPCO can be verified for its credential of providing jobs to the local people. And the truth may surely be revealed, and that will be surprising as of now.
